Ingredients:
Fresh Coconut – 1/2 cup, grated
Roasted Gram – 1 cup
Long Red Chillies – 12
Garlic – 2 flakes
Tamarind – little
Salt – as required

For Seasoning
Oil – 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – little
Curry Leaves – few

Method:
1. Grind all the mentioned ingredients to coarse paste.
2. Dilute well and season with mustard seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves.
3. Serve with idlis.
