Tomatoes – 2, finely chopped
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Garlic – 5 to 6 cloves, finely chopped
Green Chillies – 3 to 4, finely chopped
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Oil as required
Salt as per taste
1. Heat little oil in a pan.
2. Saute the onions, tomatoes, green chillies and garlic.
3. Add little salt and mix well.
4. Remove, cool and grind to a fine paste in a mixie.
5. Heat little oil in a small pan and fry the mustard seeds.
6. Pour this over the ground chutney.
7. Serve with idli or dosa.
