Pineapple and Coconut Milk Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups Pineapple chunks, fresh/tinned
2 glasses Pineapple juice
2 cups Coconut Milk

Method:
1. Put the pineapple chunks in a blender along with the pineapple juice and coconut milk.
2. Blend until smooth and thick.
3. Transfer to a jug and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.
4. Serve in tall glasses with lots of crushed ice.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
