Strawberry and Watermelon Smoothie


Lemon Yogurt – 2 cups, nonfat
Seeded Watermelon – 2 cups, cubed
Fresh Strawberries  – 2 cups, cleaned and hulled
Banana – 1 medium, peeled and sliced

1. Put the watermelon, strawberries and banana in a blender.
2. Puree until smooth.
3. Now add the yogurt and blend till smooth and frothy.
4. Serve in a chilled glass.
