Banana, Milkshakes

Banana Shake

Ingredients:
Nonfat Milk – 1 1/2 cups
Bananas (Frozen) – 1, medium, peeled and sliced
Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp (Optional)
Almond extract – 1/4 tsp (Optional)
Cinnamon (optional)

Method:
1. In a blender container, combine all ingredients except cinnamon.
2. Blend well until smooth, for about 20 seconds.
3. Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
