1 cup cooked Tuvar Dal
1 big bunch of Fenugreek leaves, cleaned and sliced
1 cup finely grated Coconut
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
4 Red Chillies, broken
Salt to taste
1. Heat 2 tblsp of oil and put in mustard seeds and chillies.
2. When the mustard seeds stop popping, add methi, salt and turmeric.
3. When the leaves are cooked, add coconut, dal and 2 cups of water.
4. Cook for 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
