Vegetable Korma Curry


100 gms French Beans, sliced
100 gms Potatoes, sliced
250 gms Peas
2 Cloves
2 Cardamoms
1 small Cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp Ginger paste
1/2 tsp Garlic paste
1 tblsp Poppy seeds
2 tblsp Coconut, grated
2 tblsp Curd
1 medium Onion, grated
4 Green Chillies, slit
handful of Coriander leaves, chopped
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste

1. Grind together poppy seeds and coconut.
2. Heat 2 tblsp of oil and add the whole spices.
3. Then add ginger, garlic, onions and the ground paste and fry till the oil comes out.
4. Add the remaining ingredients.
5. When the mixture turns dry, add 2 cups of water.
6. Cook till the vegetables are done.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
