500 gm minced mutton or keema, cooked
100 gm minced and cooked vegetables like carrots, peas and cabbage
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp brandy
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small onion, minced
½ inch piece ginger, minced
2 green chillies, minced
1. Mix together all the above ingredients with the exception of crumbs.
2. Form into round flat cakes; roll in crumbs and shallow fry to a golden colour.
3. Serve with a sauce of your choice.
