Turnip Patties

 2 cups sliced turnips, cooked and minced
 ½ cup rice flour
 3 green onions, minced
 2 tbsp chopped parsley
 50 gm mushrooms, cooked and shredded
 50 gm prawns, cooked and minced
 4 slices crisp bacon, shredded
 Salt and pepper to taste
 2 tbsp oil
 2 beaten eggs

1. Combine all the above ingredients with the exception of eggs.
2. Put in a greased pan and steam for 1 hour.
3. Cool and cut in diamond shapes.
4. Take 2 beaten eggs and mix in 2 tbsp corn flour, dip the diamond pieces into the eggs and deep fry to a golden colour.
5. Serve hot.
