Bananas – 2, peeled and sliced
Pineapple juice – 1 1/2 cup
Low-fat Vanilla Yogurt – 2 cups
Fresh or frozen Raspberries – 1 cup
1. On a baking sheet, place the bananas in a single layer and freeze until hard.
2. Place the frozen bananas in a blender jar along with pineapple juice, yogurt and raspberries.
3. Process until smooth and serve immediately in pre-chilled glasses.
