Kiwi Lime Smoothie

Ingreidients:
Kiwi fruit – 2
Banana – 1
Lime juice – 1 tsp
Grated lime zest – 1/2 tsp
Ice cubes – 2
Skim Milk – 1 cup
Part skim milk ricotta cheese – 1/4 cup

Method:
1. Peel and cut the kiwi fruit and banana into large chunks.
2. In a blender jar, add the cut fruits, lime juice, lime zest and ice cubes and process till nicely blended.
3. Add milk and ricotta cheese and process for another 5 to 10 seconds.
4. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve.
