Ingredients:
Apple juice – 1 cup
Frozen Peach slices – 2 cups
Frozen Vanilla yogurt – 1 1/2 cup
Banana – 1, frozen (peel before freezing)
Cinnamon powder – 1/8 tsp
Method:
1. Place the frozen peaches, banana and yogurt in a blender jar.
2. Process to form a smooth paste.
3. Slowly add the apple juice to form a rich smoothie.
4. Serve garnished with cinnamon powder.
