Ingredients:
Nonfat Vanilla Frozen Yogurt – 2 cups
Unsweetened Applesauce – 3/4 cup
Chillied Apple Juice – 1/2 cup
Apple – 1 cup, diced and frozen
Ground Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
Ground Nutmeg – 1/4 tsp
Method:
1. Blend together frozen yogurt, applesauce and apple juice till smooth.
2. Add the cinnamon and nutmeg along with frozen apple chunks. Reserve a few chunks for garnish.
3. Blend for a few seconds till apple pieces are lightly crushed.
4. Pour into a glass and garnish with the reserved apple chunks.
