Ingredients:
Non-fat or low fat Frozen Yogurt – 1 cup (Vanilla, chocolate or Coffee flavour or any other flavour of choice)
Skim milk – 1/4 cup
Chocolate sandwich cookies – 2
Method:
1. Blend the frozen yogurt and skim milk on slow till a smooth mix is formed.
2. Add the cookies and blend just until cookies are coarsely chopped.
3. Serve immediately in tall pre-chilled glass.
4. For a thinner consistency, add more milk, a few spoons at a time, and blend.
