Fruit Bran Milk Shake Recipe

Skim Milk – 3 cups
All bran cereal – 1/4 cup
Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp
Vanilla – 1/2 tsp
Apple – 1/2 medium, sliced

1. In an ice cube tray, freeze 2 1/2 cups of the milk overnight.
2. Put the bran, cinnamon, vanilla and apple into a blender.
3. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of milk.
4. Blend for 20 seconds.
5. Continue blending and slowly, one at a time, add two-thirds of the frozen milk cubes.
6. If any cubes are left out, save them for future milk shakes.

Tip: You can substitute apple with 1 cup fresh strawberries, 1 banana or 1 peach.
