1 kg Fish (Hilsa)
2 Green Chillies
2 tbsp Sour Curd
100 gms Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
2 tbsp Mustard Oil
Salt to taste
1. Grind the mustard seeds with the green chillies.
2. Prepare a marinade of curd, turmeric powder, chilli powder, mustard-chilli paste and salt. Marinate the fish in the marinade for half an hour.
3. Pour mustard oil over the fish.
4. Steam the fish for about 15 minutes, till it is cooked.
