2 cups of Coconut Milk
2 cups Milk
2 1/2 cups Jaggery, grated
1/2 cup Chana dal
50 gms Cashewnuts
1 tbsp Raisins
1 tsp Cardamom powder
1. Boil the chana dal till it is soft.
2. Fry the cashewnuts and keep aside.
3. Grind the cooked chana dal into a smooth paste.
4. Add milk and coconut milk and cook the dal paste till it is thick.
5. Add the jaggery and cook for a few minutes, stirring continuously.
6. Remove from fire and add the cardamom powder.
7. Garnishw with cashewnut pieces and raisins.
