Lady's Finger in Curd Recipe

200 gms Lady Fingers
500 gms Curd
2 Onions
2 Green chillies, slit lengthwise
2 sprigs Curry leaves
50 ml Oil
1 tbsp Coconut oil
4 whole Red chillies
1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tbsp Fenugreek seeds
Salt to taste

1. Cut ladyfingers into 1/2 inch long pieces. Whip curd with turmeric powder and keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan, season it with mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.
3. When the mustard seeds crackle, add sliced onions and slit green chillies. Saute well.
4. Add ladyfingers and fry well. Finally add the whipped curd, salt to taste and simmer on low heat.
5. Serve hot.
