Hara Kabab

Ingredients:
250 gms Paneer
50 gms Palak Puree
60 gms Cornflour
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Grate paneer and mix with palak puree.
2. Add salt, pepper, garam masala and other powdered masalas.
3. Add cornflour, mix well.
4. Divide into even-sized balls and grill in the oven, basting with oil, frequently.
5. Serve with onion rings and mint chutney.
