Campari – 1 splash
Sugar – 1 cube
Angosture bitters – 1 drop

1. Chill a champagne flute.
2. On a sugar cube, put one drop of angostura bitter and drop it into the flute.
3. Pour the champagne and top with a splash of campari and serve.
