Ingredients:
Brandy – 60ml
Egg – 1
Caster sugar – 1 1/2 tsp
Grated nutmeg – a little
Method:
1. Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a tumbler.
2. Sprinkle a little grated nutmeg on top.
3. For a creamier version, blend the ingredients in an electric blender.
