Ingredients:
Vanilla ice cream – 2 scoops
Coffee liquer – 45ml
Irish cream – 30ml
Vodka – 30ml
Candy – 6ml, crushed
Chocolate syrup – 15ml
Whipped cream – to top
Method:
1. In a blender jar, put the vodka, coffee liquer, irish cream, chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream.
2. Blend well till smooth.
3. Swirl some chocolate in a pilsner glass.
4. Pour in the blended mix.
5. Top with whipped cream of crushed candy and serve with a straw.
