Coffeeholic Recipe

Vodka – 30 ml
Freshly brewed black coffee – 90 ml (chilled)
Cappucino ice cream – 1 scoop
Amaretto-Almond liquer – 15 ml
Coffee liquer – 15 ml

1. In a large pre chilled cup, pour chilled black coffee.
2. Add vodka and stir.
3. Drop a large scoop of cappucino ice cream in it.
4. In a serving spoon, mix 15 ml each of amaretto and coffee liquer and run a flame under the spoon.
5. As soon as the spirit catches fire, pour on the ice cream and serve.
