Aloo Bhaja Recipe

Ingredients:
Potato – 2
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying – 1 1/2 cups
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips. If desired, they can be cut into thin rounds as well.
2. Rub turmeric and salt on the cut potatoes.
3. Heat a pan and pour oil into it.
4. After the oil gets heated, put in the potatoes.
5. Deep fry them till they turn tender and crisp.
6. Serve them hot with rice and dal.
