Ingredients:
Crushed pineapple – 1/4 cup
Fresh apricot – 1, diced
Strawberries – 6
Banana – 1/2
Water – 1 1/2 cup
Skim milk powder – 1 tbsp
High quality protein powder – 1 tbsp (optional)
Flax seed oil – 1 tsp (optional)
Method:
1. In a blender, process all the fruit together.
2. Now add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Blend until thoroughly mixed and serve.
