High Protein Milkshake

Ingredients:
Fortified milk – 1 cup
Ice cream – 1 large scoop
Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp
Butterscotch, chocolate or any fruit syrup or sauce of your preference – 2 tbsp

Method:
1. Measure all ingredients into blender.
2. Blend at low speed for about 10 seconds.
3. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
