Walnut Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
Walnuts – 150 gms
Eggs – 3
Bread – 250 gms
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Milk – 1 1/2 glass
Butter – 100 gms
Breadcrumbs

Method:
1. Soak bread in milk and separately grind walnuts into paste.
2. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and add walnut paste.
3. Mix all the ingredients well.
4. Whisk the egg whites and fold them into the mixture.
5. Butter the base and sides of a baking dish and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs, then pour mixture into it and bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 40 minutes or till done.
6. Serve hot.
