Cooking time: 4 mins.
1 small apple (peeled and chopped)
2 tsp crushed jaggery (gur) / honey / sugar
Â¾ cup water or milk (optional)
1. Microwave (covered) apple in Â¾ cup of milk or water at 100% power for 3 – 4 mins.
2. Add crushed jaggery and microwave for 1 mins. at 80% power.
3. Blend in a blender and strain it. Serve lukewarm.
Tip: Any other seasonal fruit like banana, mango, pear etc. can be added in place of apple for variation.
