Strawberries – 1 1/4 cups (halved or quartered)
Fat free plain yogurt – 1/2 cup
Sugar substitute – 1/2 tsp
Nonfat dry milk – 2 tbsp
Chopped walnuts – 2 tbsp
Oat bran – 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar free pancake syrup – 1 tbsp
Ice cubes – 1/4 cup
1. Combine the strawberries and yogurt in a blender and process to form a puree.
2. Add sugar substitute, dry milk, syrup and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
3. Finally put in the walnuts and oat bran, blend for a few seconds and serve immediately.
4. If needed, you can also decorate the glass with a strawberry
