Ginger Bean Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients:
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Onion – 1, thinly sliced
Ginger – 1″ piece, peeled and finely chopped
Salt to taste
Bean sprouts – 1kg

Method:
1. Heat the oil in a wok.
2. Add onion and fry until soft.
3. Add ginger and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
4. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
5. Increase the heat and stir until the bean sprouts are cooked through but still crisp.
