Cooking time: 5:30 mins.
1 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour (maida)
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1. Microwave butter in a microwave safe bowl at 100% for 30 secs.
2. Add flour and mix it. Microwave at 100% power for 2 mins. Stir in between.
3. Slowly stir in milk to prevent lumps. Microwave at 100% power for 3 – 4 mins. or till thick. In case of lumps, strain the sauce or blend in the blender.
4. Add salt, black pepper and red chilli according to your taste.
Health tip: For a low calorie, use toned milk and whole wheat flour.
