1 1/2 cups Rava, sieved
1 cup Butter
1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
1 cup Castor sugar
1/4 cup Raisins
1 egg, beaten
1. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy.
2. Add nutmeg and egg.
3. Add flour and raisins to make stiff dough.
4. Roll out on a floured board and cut rounds with a mould.
5. Bake on a greased tray in a medium hot oven till golden and done.
Makes 25 easter biscuits.
