Microwave Stuffed Bhindi Recipe

Cooking time: 8 mins.
500 gms. lady finger (bhindi)
2 onions (paste)
2 tomatoes (paste)
2 green chillies (paste)
2 tsp oil
Salt and black pepper powder (to taste)
1 tsp chat masala powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder

1. Wash and wipe dry lady fingers. Slit them and keep aside.
2. Heat 1 tsp oil at 100% power for 30 secs. in a microwave safe bowl and microwave onions, tomato paste, chilli paste, salt, garam masala, chat masala for 3 mins. at 100% power. Stir in between. Cool it and fill into the slitted lady fingers. Stir in between.
3. In another microwave safe bowl, heat 1 tsp oil at 100% power for 30 secs. Add stuffed lady fingers to it and microwave (covered) at 100% power for 4 – 5 mins.
4. Allow to stand for 5 mins.
5. Serve hot with roti / paranthas.
