Egg Masala Dosa

2 cups Dosa batter
3 Eggs
Oil for frying

For the masala
2 to 3 cups Aloo Sabji

1. Beat the eggs.
2. Heat a non stick tawa and pour a heaped ladle full of the batter and spread with the ladle into a thin dosa.
3. Once the side on the tawa begins to bubble and starts cooking slowly, spread a ladle full of the beaten egg on the spread out dosa and allow the egg to set.
4. Place a portion of the aloo sabji.
5. Turn over from both sides or make a triangle and serve with sambar, coconut chutney or mint chutney.
