Ingredients:
2 cups of Cooked rice
1/2 cup of Pickle oil with the spices

For garnishing:
Fried onions
Chopped mint or coriander

Method:
1. Mix the rice with the aachar pickle and the spices.
2. Heat in a microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Garnish with fried onions and chopped mint or coriander and serve with raita.
