2 lobsters, cooked and cut into small pieces
1/4 tsp ginger powder
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp brandy
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Mix together all the above ingredients with the exception of lobsters.
2. Dip the lobster pieces into the batter and deep fry to a golden colour.
3. Serve with sauce of your choice.
