Microwave Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe

Cooking time: 8:30 mins
 2 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
 1 onion (finely chopped)
 1 tbsp cornflour
 1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
 1 tbsp butter
 3 cups water
 1/2 cup cream
 Salt & black pepper powder (to taste)
 1 tsp green coriander (dhania) chopped

1. In a microwave safe bowl microwave butter at 100% power for 30 secs.
2. Add chopped onion & garlic. Microwave for 2 mins. at 100% power.
3. Add chopped mushrooms, salt, pepper and 3 cups of water. Microwave at 100% power for 4-5 mins. And stir in between.
4. Add cornflour (in ½ cup cold water) and microwave for 2 mins. at 100% power
5. Add beaten cream and garnish with chopped fresh coriander.
