Ingredients:
Green onion – 1 tbsp, sliced
Mustard paste – 1 tbsp
Chicken – 300 gms, boiled and shredded
Thyme leaves – 1 tsp, dried
Pepper powder – 1/8 tsp
Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup

Method:
1. Take all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Combine gently so that the ingredients blend properly.
3. Tightly cover the mixture. Refrigerate for 3 days.
4. This spread is adequate for 4 to 6 sandwiches.
