Picnic Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
Celery – 1 cup, finely chopped
Chicken – 2 cups, cooked and cubed or shredded
Mustard powder – 1/2 tsp
Mayonnaise – 1 cup
Dried thyme – 1/4 tsp
Ground cracked pepper as per taste
Dried basil – 1/4 tsp
Salt according to taste

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour. This helps the herbs to congeal and the salad is ready to be eaten.
