Picnic Pineapple Cheese Salad

Ingredients:
Flour – 2 tbsp
Egg – 1, whisked
Pineapple chunks – 1 can
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Cheese – 200 gms, diced
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Mini marshmallows – 1, cubed
Water – 2 tbsp

Method:
1. Extract juice from pineapple.
2. To the juice, add all the ingredients except the cheese and marshmellows.
3. Cook until it thickens. Allow it to cool down.
4. Combine with pineapple, marshmellows and cheese. Blend well.
5. Refrigerate and serve.
