Ingredients
 1 kilo fish, cleaned and sliced
 1 tsp ground ginger
 1 tsp ground garlic
 3 tbsp each of soya sauce and brandy
 Salt and pepper to taste

Method
1. Mix all the above ingredients together and set aside for 1 hour.
2. Grill till golden coloured.
3. Serve hot.
