Deep Fried Fish Recipe

 500 gm lean fish, cooked and cubed
 1 cup cooked whole corn kernels
 2 tbsp shredded green onion
 1 green chilli, minced
 1/4 tsp ginger paste
 1 cup refined flour or maida
 Salt and pepper to taste

1. Mix all the above ingredients together with the exception of fish.
2. Add enough water to form a batter, dip the fish pieces into the batter and deep fry to a golden colour.
3. Drain and serve with tomato ketchup blended with chilli sauce.
