Fried Oysters

 2 cups chopped oysters
 2 tbsp chopped green onion
 4 eggs
 4 tbsp refined flour
 1 green chilli, minced
 A few parsley leaves
 1 tsp baking powder
 Salt and pepper to taste

1. Mix together all the above ingredients.
2. Form into small balls and deep fry to a golden colour.
3. Serve with ketchup.
