500 gm cooked minced mutton
1/2 cup minced onion
1 tbsp brandy
2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tsp minced garlic
3 eggs, scrambled
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Mix together all the above ingredients along with 2 tbsp cornflour.
2. Do not mix in scrambled eggs.
3. Form to a smooth dough.
4. Spread the mutton on a large greaseproof paper, spread eggs on top, roll into a roll and steam for 15 minutes.
5. Cut into slices and serve with sauce of your choice.
