Ingredients:
8 inch chapattis – 2
Coriander leaves – 2 tsp
Oil for basting –
Onion – 1, sliced
Capsicum – 1, sliced
For filling
Chicken kebabs – 1/2 cup, sliced
Onion – 2 tbsp, chopped
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, chopped
Ginger juliennes – 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Method:
1. Fry onions, till brown in 2 tsp oil.
2. Add ginger, turmeric and red chilli powder. Fry for 1 minute.
3. Add chicken slices, sliced onions and peppers.
4. Saute for 1 minute and add lemon juice and chopped coriander.
5. Heat each chapatti separately witha little oil.
6. Spread half the chicken mixture on each chapatti and roll.
7. Serve with chutney and sliced cucumbers.
