Chinese Mixed Vegetables Recipe

 500 gm mixed vegetables like carrots, French beans, cabbage, peas, capsicums
 1/2 cup bean sprouts
 1/2 cup tomato strips
 1 spring parsley, chopped
 1/4 tsp ajino motto
 1 tsp soya sauce
 Salt and pepper to taste

1. Shred carrots, French beans, cabbage and capsicums.
2. Heat 5 tbsp oil and add the shredded vegetables and bean sprouts.
3. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
4. Drain out the oil and mix in sauce and spices.
5. Cook for 1 more minute.
6. Decorate with tomato and parsley.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
