1 packet egg noodles, parboiled.
1 cup lean cooked pork, shredded
1 cup roast pork, shredded
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 egg beaten, fried like omelette and shredded
1 tbsp, cornflour blended with ½ cup pork stock
2 cups pork stock
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Heat 3 tbsp oil and fry the noodles to brown evenly.
2. Put in a deep dish. Heat 2 tbsp more oil and fry onions and lean pork for 1 minute.
3. Mix together pork stock, cornflour, salt and pepper and put in, cook till thick.
4. Mix in roast pork and egg. Serve over noodles.
