Ingredients:
Silam – 100 gms
Dried chilli – 5 pods
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Salt – 2 tsp
Method:
1. Roast the silam and dried chilli in a pan for 10 minutes.
2. Grind roasted silam and chilli with ginger and salt in a mortar.
3. Mix lemon juice to taste.
