Soybean – 200 gms
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Mustard oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp

1. Roast the soybeans in a pan and grind to a fine powder.
2. Add all the ingredients to the soybean powder and mix well.
3. Keep in a covered jar. It can be kept for several days.
