Kodo Ko Roti Recipe

Ingredients:
Finger millet flour – 3 cups
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp

Method:
1. Mix the finger millet flour thoroughly with sugar and knead with 1 cup of lukewarm water to make a thick dough.
2. Heat ghee in a frying pan and spread one tbsp of dough in it.
3. Fry on medium heat till light brown and remove.
4. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
5. Serve with pickles.
